Summer Hiatus (July - August)

Well I've decided to take a reprieve this summer as other parts of my life are ramping up and need to take precedence; choosing to let some good things fall off so I can prioritize the best things. I'll be back in September; have a lovely summer.

Squaring away a 27 inch all-in-one desktop this weekend. The display drivers had gone a bit haywire after a Windows update and the client was unable to resolve on their own. Will soon be going home to a very happy owner.

Have a laptop going seriously under the knife this weekend. Replacing all major exterior parts to repair the damage from a fall. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you but if it does you know who to turn to!

Thanks Nate, you fixed my laptop for reasonable price. I had an issue with my dc jack and everywhere I went they asked 150$ to fix but when I called Durham pc doctor Nate did a free diagnos and ordered part and did it for reasonable price. I strongly recommend Durham pc doctor.👍👍

If you are looking for an honest, professional, inexpensive and customer service oriented PC repair person then Nate (CEO and Owner) of Durham PC Doctor is where you want to go! I took 2 computers to Nate and he has fixed them both back to tip top condition as if they just came off the assembly line! One of my computers even had the dreaded "Blue Screen of Death" and Nate was able to fix it. I even had him upgrade it for me by adding in a SSD. Nate is a very honest person who won't charge you an exorbitant amount of money just to look at your computer and then tell you he can't fix it. (Like some of the other big box PC repair places might do). Nate's prices are extremely reasonable and are the best that you will find anywhere. Nate is extremely professional and will work with you if you are in a time crunch. He will also keep in constant communication with you 100%. I am a big fan of customer service which is why I will be going to Nate for all my computer repair needs ...

MY STORY

While in college I made a friend who knew how to build computers. While my primary interest revolved around building systems for gaming it quickly broadened and my interest in how these technologies worked began expanding. In the years following I spent more time experimenting  and falling deeper in love with the field. Fast forward many years and you find me, a family man with a full time career in IT who still loves to problem solve, fix computers and help people.

MY GOAL

My over riding goal with this side business is to help people and do what I love.
