Who Am I

incase you were wondering

Welcome to my domain...(pun intended). My name is Nate Bennett and I have a passion for computers and most things tech related. I was given my first computer after graduating high school and immediately fell in love. I would spend long nights and early mornings tweaking and tuning settings on my rig to get the most power and best performance out of that old desktop.

Since that time I have built, rebuilt, repaired, overclocked, and modded every computer I could get my hands on. My diligence and proficiency in the field of computers was eventually recognized by others and demand for my services from family, friends, and co-workers went through the roof.

Since those cold days in the Midwest, much has changed...including my location. I am now residing in the Raleigh / Durham area of North Carolina and am searching for new clients to lend a helping hand to. The services I provide are listed below but through my years of experience and troubleshooting I can confidently say that there has not been a computer problem yet that I have not been able to come up with some solution to.

Due to the variety of problems and fixes I perform on a routine basis, I find that a price sheet is almost never accurate. Instead, contact me using one of the methods below to obtain a free estimate over the phone. I can almost guarantee I will be cheaper than any box store repair you can find.

Although I to tend to be quite humble, there is the rare occasion upon which I will sing my own praises. Today is NOT one of those days however since I have the wonderful people I have worked with in the past to do it for me. Hands down the most efficient, competent, and helpful computer repair person that I have ever worked with. He works on your computer immediately, sends frequent e-mail and photo updates, and charges way less than big box stores. Whereas Geek Squad said they'd take three weeks for a repair, Nate managed to finished in one night for half the price. I highly recommend him and can only give him my highest compliments. Mike D. I have usually had my laptop serviced at Best Buy (geeksquad). But lets be honest their prices are unrealistic and it always makes me thing that maybe I should just get a new laptop. After searching for an alternative, I was very happy to find Nate. He is very professional, trustworthy, and most important he knows what he is doing. I contacted Nate during a virus-related crisis and he responded quickly and professionally. After just talking to him on the phone, I was reassured. Within a day, he had surveyed my laptop, isolating and purging the virus and did a number of scans to ensure there were no remnants of the beast. The screen on my hp went out and I am in the middle of my last year of grad school so money is tight. Many professionals told me to trash my computer and get a new one but instead I researched computer repairs in Durham and ended up here and I am thoroughly satisfied. The issue ended up being a bit harder to find, but Nate was diligent and patient until he found it. He kept me posted throughout the repair, asked my permission before doing anything and most importantly, repaired my computer. Nate's the man! My laptop got the dreaded blue screen of death! Contacted Nate and he was on the case in no time. He systematically went through the system to figure out the issue, and kept in contact with me (communication is VERY important, so he got extra points there!) throughout the process. A final resolution and a great price for all he did left me with a smile and plans to return very soon for him to upgrade my PC's as well as a few other computer jobs in mind!
